Product Name:   Anti-RRAGC Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Synonyms:   GTR2; RAGC; TIB929
UNIPROT ID:   Q9HB90 (Gene Accession - BC016668 )
Background:    This gene encodes a member of the GTR/RAG GTP-binding protein family. The encoded protein is a monomeric guanine nucleotide-binding protein which forms a heterodimer with RRAGA and RRAGB and is primarily localized to the cytoplasm. The encoded protein promotes intracellular localization of the mTOR complex. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin embedded Human esophagus cancer tissue using 211516(RRAGC Antibody) at a dilution of 1/20(Nucleus).

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human esophagus cancer tissue is first treated with the fusion protein and then with 211516(Anti-RRAGC Antibody) at dilution 1/20.

The image on the left is immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human brain tissue using 211516(Anti-RRAGC Antibody) at a dilution of 1/20.

In comparision with the IHC on the left, the same paraffin-embedded Human brain tissue is first treated with fusion protein and then with D123066(Anti-RRAGC Antibody) at dilution 1/20.
