Polyclonal Antibody Production Service

Custom Polyclonal Antibody Production

We has more than ten years of experience in antibody preparation and is well versed in the key aspects of polyclonal antibody preparation. The host for the antibody can be  rabbits, mice, rats, guinea pigs, hamsters, goats, chickens or other species. The titer of polyclonal antibodies can reach more than 1:10000. Whether the antigen is recombinant proteins, peptides and virus particles, we can provide you with a complete set of solutions from target design, antigen preparation to  production, purification and quality testing, ensuring that the prepared antibodies can be effectively used in project research.

Highlights

  • Free Antigen Design – Based on experience, data, and characteristics of your desired target.

  • Wider Choice of Host Animals – Choose from SPF (specific-pathogen-free) host animals, including rabbit, mouse, rat, and guinea pig.
  • High Specificity – Antibodies are purified by Protein A and antigen affinity chromatography. When needed, we  can provide cross-purification to obtain a more specific antibody.
  • Guaranteed Result – 1 ng of protein antigen or 100 ng of peptide antigen is detected when the antibody is diluted at 1:6000.

Process Workflow

Step Details Timeline
Antigen design and preparation Recombinant protein production and peptide synthesis and conjugation Week 1-3
Negative serum collection Collect 3-5 ml control serum before immunization Week 2-3
First Immunization Subcutaneous multipoint immunization Week 2-3
First Booster Subcutaneous multipoint Week 4-5
Second Booster Subcutaneous multipoint Week 6-7
Blood Test 50 µL of serum was collected from each mouse, and the titer was detected by ELISA Weeks 7-8
Third Booster Subcutaneous multipoint immunization Weeks 9-10
Final blood collection 20 ml serum was collected from each rabbit, and the titer was detected by ELISA 12 Week
Shock Immunity Ear vein immunity Weeks 11-12
Final blood collection Collect 40-50 ml of blood from each rabbit Week 12-13
Antiserum Purification Choose protein A or antigen affinity purification according to customer requirements Week 14-15
Project Delivery Antibody delivery and project production report Weeks 15-16

Remark

  • Host: New Zealand White Rabbit
