Description: Anti-ß-actin Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

Background: Actin is expressed in all eukaryotic cells and is the major component of the cytoskeleton. At least six types of actin are present in mammalian tissues and fall into three classes. ß-actin expression is limited to various types of muscle and it regulates contactile potentials for the muscle cells, whereas ß and ? actins, also known as cytoplasmic actins, are predominantly expressed in nonmuscle cells, controlling cell structure and motility.

**Western blot analysis**
Western blot analysis of β-actin in various cell lines or tissue using ?-actin antibody (10003-M01) at a dilution of 1:10000 (exposed for 2 seconds) incubated at room temperature for 1 hours.

**Western blot analysis with Different dilutions**
Different dilutions of WB were tested by whole lysate of mouse brain and 10003-M01 (β-actin antibody) antibody was used in this test. The amount of protein in each lane is 30ug. 10003-M01 antibody was incubated at room temperature for 1 hours. (Exposed for 2 seconds)

**West blot on Oryza sativa tissue**
Western blot analysis of β-actin in Oryza sativa tissue using β-actin antibody (10003-M01) at a dilution of 1:10000 (exposed for 2 seconds) incubated at room temperature for 1 hours.
